Development Policies
Well Drilling License
All well drilling within the RM of Milton No. 292 requires a well drilling license to be completed as well as a $450 fee for the drilling and a $100 development permit fee that must accompany the application. There will be a $1000 infrastructure fee at the time of drilling to be invoiced by the Municipality of Milton No. 292.

Development Permit
All development in the municipality requires a Development Permit. Please contact the office to discuss any upcoming development to ensure that all of the required documents are completed.
Building Bylaw and Permits
All new structures over 100 square feet that are not associated with an agricultural operation require a building permit.
